P von Bergen AB ("we", "us") is the data controller for this website, strategyexecution.se. With questions about how your data is handled, contact patrik@vonbergen.se.

This website does not use analytics tools or tracking scripts. If you book a conversation through our scheduling provider, or submit your email address to receive the results of the strategy execution maturity test, we collect the information you voluntarily provide — such as your name and email address.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Personal data you submit is processed solely to respond to your inquiry or to send you the material you requested. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by our hosting and scheduling providers acting as data processors, solely for the purpose of operating this website and booking meetings.
5. Data retention
Submissions are retained only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, after which they are deleted. We do not maintain mailing lists unless you explicitly opt in.
6. Your rights
