I've spent decades working with leadership teams on the problem that sits between strategy and results. Not the strategy itself — that's usually sound. The problem is what happens next.
What I realized is that the goal-setting methods (as OKR) is very powerful. But it's a component. A component that needs a context.
That insight led me to develop the Strategy Execution Framework: a multi-layered execution system that connects strategy to daily work.
I work with CEOs and leadership teams — typically in companies with +50 employees — who have a sound strategy but struggle to make it operational. The symptoms are familiar: too many initiatives, unclear priorities, siloed teams, and execution that depends on individuals rather than a system. I help them build the structure that makes execution work.
I am based in Stockholm, Sweden, previously worked in Silicon Valley, and I work with companies wherever they are.
